    Merchandises value in excess of 235 million United States Dollar exported from Sistan-Baluchestan in 2 months

    (MENAFN) Provincial official stated that in excess of 235 million United States dollar values of merchandises were exported from Sistan-Baluchestan region in southeast Iran throughout the first two months of the present Iranian agenda year (March 20-May 20).

    Mehr news agency accounted that Mohammad Rafi Soltanzadeh the head of the province's industry, mining and trade department stated that 236,724 tons of non-oil merchandise value 235.6 million United States dollar were exported using customs and border markets of this province and also Chabahar Free Zone in the first two months of the present year.

    Soltanzadeh stated that the exported merchandise illustrate a 16-percent enlargement in terms of weight throughout the two-month period of this year, contrasted to that of the preceding year.

    Mohammad Rafi Soltanzadeh stated that construction materials (cement), fresh fruits, raw peas, sulfurs, dates, summer crops, detergents, bitumen and ceramic merchandises were amid the major products exported using this region to other countries.
