    Azerbaijan to buy battle drones from Turkey

    (MENAFN) On Monday June 22 Azerbaijan proclaimed that it would buy unmanned airborne battle vehicles from Turkey.

    Zakir Hasanov stated that Azerbaijan required purchasing Turkish-made battle drones, speaking in a local TV broadcaster on the buy of new armaments and armed vehicles for the Azerbaijani armed forces.

    Hasanov stated that "Efforts in this direction continue. Now, we have results,".

    Zakir highlighted that "brotherly" Turkey had also supplied financial support to Azerbaijan in the armed forces field, inserting that the Azerbaijani parliament had previously accepted an accord for this.
