    More than 203,000 vehicles produced in a quarter

    (MENAFN) IRNA accounted citing the data released by Codal website that Iranian car manufacturers produced 203,146 vehicles throughout the first quarter of the present Iranian agenda year (March 20-June 20).

    The declared figure illustrates that 96,490 cars were made by Iran Khodro Corporation (IKCO), and 79,520 by SAIPA Group, also 27,136 by Pars Khodro.

    Founded on the data beforehand discharged by the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, Iranian car manufacturers produced 126,535 vehicles throughout the first two months of the present Iranian agenda year (March 20-May 20).

    The ministry's statistics point out that automobile industry has dropped 3.3 percent throughout the two-month period of this year, from that of the preceding year.
