Novel home-made wagons, trains connect railway fleet
(MENAFN) On Tuesday June 30 Iranian railway fleet obtained 65 novel home-made trains and wagons in a ceremony, the third collection of additions this year.
Transport Ministry accounted on its portal that Transport Minister Mohammad Eslami and Head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways (known as RAI) Saeed Rasouli, attended the ceremony.
Rasouli stated speaking in the ceremony that with the novel additions, thus far, an entire of 209 wagons and trains have connected the country's railway fleet in the present Iranian agenda year (started on March 20).
The worth of the third cluster of trains and wagons, which were produced by national companies, was approximated to be in excess of 1.56 trillion rials (about 37.14 million USD).
