    Turkey's Akbank understands primary Eurobond issuance

    (MENAFN) On Wednesday July 1Turkey-based confidential lender Akbank declared that it was the first Turkish bank to subject Eurobonds throughout the novel Coronavirus pandemic.

    Hakan Binbasligil the bank's CEO stated that "In this challenging period, we have successfully realized the first eurobond issuance of the Turkish banking sector,".

    Hakan stated pointing out that Akbank complete the releasing of the Eurobond market that at an instant when unpredictability was elevated in the markets, there was powerful demand for the issuance.

    Binbasligil stated that the yield and voucher rate of contracts (issuance) value 5.5 million USD with a development of 5.5 years was 6.80 percent.
