    Iran, EAEU to complex 3 working groups for development of trade

    (MENAFN) The head of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) declared that Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) will complex three extra functioning groups on the development of trade ties linking the two sides.

    The TPO published on the website that subsequent to holding the first conference of Iran-EAEU mutual functioning group through video meeting, the two sides decided on the organization of three new functioning groups focusing on conventions, standards, and health and safety procedures.

    Hamid Zadboum the TPO Head stated at the end of the conference which was attended by the legislative body of the two sides that the functioning group's procedure was signed.

    Zadboum stated that "Based on this protocol, which includes the outcomes of the negotiations held in every meeting, the parties agreed to establish three new working groups on customs cooperation, technical measures, healthcare, and plant health measures within the framework of the agreement between the two sides," .
