    Lake Hazar in Turkey's east draws vacationers

    (MENAFN) Lake Hazar in Turkey's eastern Elazig region is drawing holiday makers in search of places to simmer down throughout the summer.

    Placed in Sivrice district, which is concerning 26 kilometers (16 miles) away from the city heart, Lake Hazar draws vacationers with its tectonic character dubbed as "the secret sea of the East", exclusive landscape, natural attractiveness and traveler facilities.

    Through its 56-kilometer-long shore linking Hazarbaba and Mastar mountains, Lake Hazar presents numerous water sports, camping and mountaineering opportunities at the height of 1,250 meters (4,101 feet) exceeding sea level.

    Ibrahim Bahceci the proprietor of a tourist facility around the lake stated that a guesstimated 4,000 people vacation the lake every day.
