Offering oil through salaf bonds in IRENEX delayed
(MENAFN) On Sunday August 16 Shana accounted that Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) in a declaration stated that contribution crude oil through standard parallel salaf bonds in this exchange, which was because of be on, has been delayed.
On Sunday August 16 Seyed Ali Hosseini IRENEX Managing Director had complicated on the details of the offering on August 15 that National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) had intended to present 20 trillion rials (concerning 476.1 million USD) worth of serious crude oil in IRENEX through standard parallel salaf contracts (some kind of Islamic contract).
Seyed Ali Hosseini stated that the fund lifted through this offering is heading for be utilized to finance the oil industry's growth schemes.
Hosseini elucidated that "National Iranian Oil Company is the issuer of the salaf bonds and the purpose of this offering is to finance the company's development projects and its present expenses; the offering will be conducted under two separate indices,".
