    Tehraners opposite uncontrollably increasing of housing prices

    (MENAFN) The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) recent account released stated that the housing cost in Tehran city has increased 10.5 percent in Mordad, which is the fifth month of the Iranian agenda year (July 22-August 21), from its preceding month.

    The CBI account as well indicates that the housing cost in the capital city has increased 77.4 percent in the fifth month of this year, from the same month of the preceding year.

    The account put the average cost of one square meter of a residence at 231.1 million rials (regarding 5,502 USD) in the capital city.

    In the meantime, the figure of real estate treaties has fallen 35.4 percent in Tehran in the fifth month of this year contrasted to the fourth month, whereas increasing 175.8 percent contrasted to the same month of the past year.
