    Turkish Treasury observes 4.1 Billion USD cash shortfall in August

    (MENAFN) On Monday September 7 The Treasury and Finance Ministry declared that The Turkish Treasury's cash balance observed a shortfall of 30.4 billion Turkish liras (almost 4.1 billion USD) last month.

    In August, the Treasury's cash revenues increased to 112.2 billion Turkish liras (15.3 billion USD), a 10.5 percent increase on a yearly foundations.

    Its spending counting interest payments of approximately 11.1 billion liras (1.5 billion USD) strike some 82.5 billion liras (11.2 billion USD).

    The Treasury's accepted no privatization or fund profits in August, counting transfers by the Turkish Privatization Administration, 4.5G license expenses, and land sale incomes.
