    Worth of weekly deal at IME boosts 70 percent

    (MENAFN) The IME Public Relations and International Affairs Department account released stated that the worth of trades at Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) increased 70 percent in the precedent Iranian agenda week (finished on September 11).

    The account stated that 923,380 tons of merchandise appreciated at 2 billion USD was traded at the IME in the past week, demonstrating also a 98-percent weekly improvement in terms of the quantity of traded merchandise.

    On the domestic and export metal and mineral trading ground of IME, 477,117 tons of a variety of merchandises value 1.3 billion USD was traded.

    On this trading ground, 462,825 tons of steel, 6,540 tons of aluminum, 8,180 tons of copper, 120 tons of molybdenum concentrates, 12 tons of valuable metal concentrates, 140 tons of zinc ingots in addition to 10 kg of gold bullion were traded by purchasers.
