NIDC inks 5 contracts for loaning drilling rigs to restricted suppliers
(MENAFN) Shana accounted National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC), a supplementary of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), marked contracts to loan 16 drilling rigs to five domestic corporations that are working on growth projects of the country's oilfields.
Reza Dehqan stated that the National Iranian Oil Company's deputy director for growth and engineering affairs, the talked about deals were marked with Global Petrotech Kish Company, Petro Iran Development Company, Pasargad Energy Development Company, Qeshm Oil and Energy Industries, and Petrotenco Company.
Dehqan stated that the drilling rigs will be utilized in the growth projects of Zilaei, Mansourabad, Siahmakan, Ahvaz 1, and 4, in addition to Maroun 5 and 12 oil fields.
Back in August, Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) and the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) marked 13 deals value 1.527 billion Euros with domestic corporations to add 185,000 barrels per day to the country's oil manufacture capability.
