    Tehran, Baghdad talk about banking, development of fiscal ties

    (MENAFN) Abdolnaser Hemmati, who went to Baghdad on high delegation, visited the Arab country to encounter with the country"s high-ranking representatives, counting the Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, the Minister of Finance, and the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq Mustafa Ghalib Mukheef.

    This is Hemmati"s second visit to Iraq in the past four months. The CBI administrator had already visited Baghdad on June 17.

    During his prior visit, he met with the Prime Minister, Administrator of the Central Bank, and Minister of Finance of Iraq to talk about fiscal and economic ties and the enhancement of ties between the two states.

    About a year ago, Iran and Iraq signed a banking deal and the CBI administrator made a trip to Iraq in mid-June.
