    Turkish Central Bank to keep interest rates constant current week

    (MENAFN)On Monday, a board of economists surveyed by Anadolu Agency showed that the Turkish Central Bank is estimated to remain interest rates stable the current week.

    The bank will hold its first Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) assembly the current year to proclaim its decision about interest rates.

    Six economists estimate an increase of 50 to 100 base points in one-week repo volume, as all the others predict no change in interest rates, amid the 34 economists surveyed by Anadolu Agency.

    The bank will hold twelve MPC assemblies the current year.
