    Iran, S. Korea negotiates allocating part of Iranian funds in South Korea

    (MENAFN)The Governor of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) Abdolnaser Hemmati gathered with the South Korean Ambassador to Tehran Ryu Jeong-Hyun over discussions about the details concerning the transfer of Iranian frozen assets in the Asian country.

    Both sides discussed the ways and protocols for assigning a part of Iranian funds in South Korea for purchasing basic commodities from third countries during the assembly which took place on the invitation of the South Korean embassy, according to IRNA.

    Hemmati introduced CBI’s demands about the rate of funds and the names of the foreign banks to which the money should be transferred.
