    Turkey: Central Bank's foreign exchange reserves reach 95B

    (MENAFN)According to the nation’s president, Turkey closed the way to those who sought to make new financial fluctuations in light of the Coronavirus pandemic

    A ruling Justice and Development (AK) Party parliamentary group assembly quoted Recep Tayyip Erdogan as saying that a huge amount of Central Bank reserves were set to support Turkey from this manipulation.

    He further stated that "Thanks to this, we foiled the games of those who seek to sow social turmoil by raising rates and interests to very high levels."

    The Central Bank's foreign exchange reserves currently stood at USD95 billion, he added.
