Iran inaugurates three major oil industry projects
(MENAFN)According to Shana, Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh launched three major oil industry projects valued at €5.569 billion (USD 6,692 billion) in Ilam and Boushehr provinces in a an online ceremony.
The minister launched Azar Oil field development project in the western Ilam province and Kangan Petro-refinery’s ethane recovery unit in southwestern Boushehr province, while start the project for the construction of a petrochemical complex in Assaluyeh, the reported further stated.
More than €2.6 billion (USD 2,309 billion) were invested in the Azar oil field development project and the ethane recovery unit of Kangan Petro-refinery, declared Zanganeh.
The other project, that is Kian Petrochemical Complex in Assaluyeh, in Bushehr Province, also valued at about €3 billion (USD3, 605 billion).
