    Turkey's benchmark stock index ends Tuesday at 1,528.82 points

    (MENAFN)On Tuesday, Turkey's benchmark stock index ended the day at 1,528.82 points, increased 0.09 percent day-on-day.

    In Monday's close, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index obtained 1.37 points of 1,527.45 points, opening the day at 1,526.36 points.

    In comparison with Monday's close, the index averaged amid 1,518.51 and 1,537.46 points – 33 stocks on the index increased, 62 dropped, and five were flat.

    The amount of market worth of the BIST 100 stood at 1.2 trillion Turkish liras (USD168.5 billion) by market close, with a daily trading rate of 39.95 billion Turkish liras (USD4.77 billion).
