    Iran to operate five major petrochemical projects

    (MENAFN)According to the project manager of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC), five new major petrochemical projects are set to be operated across the country in the first three months of the coming Iranian year.

    The stated projects will be launched as part of the second soar of the country’s petrochemical industry, further stated Amir Vakilzadeh.

    The stated projects were set to be launched in the current year; but, their completing confronted some problems in light of the restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the spokesman also declared.

    Vakilzadeh said that about 17 petrochemical projects valued at USD12 billion were scheduled to be launched across the country in the present year to carry out the second soar of the industry, of which 12 were operated.
