    Turkey's benchmark stock index ends Wednesday at 1,385.91 points

    (MENAFN)On Wednesday, Turkey's benchmark stock index ended the day at 1,385.91 points, dropped by 0.44 percent versus the preceding close.

    Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index dropped 6.09 points over the last close at 1,392.00 points, opening the day at 1,391.48 points.

    The index's lowest rate stood at 1,379.93 points, as its daily high reached 1,394.64 points.

    The total market amount of the BIST 100 stood at 985.24 billion Turkish liras (USD119.7 billion) by market close, with a daily trading rate of 12.7 billion Turkish liras (USD1.55 billion).
