    Turkey: TurkStat to release gross domestic product figures for 1Q of 2021

    (MENAFN)According to Anadolu Agency, the Turkish economy is estimated to increase 6.4 percent annual in the January-March period of 2021.

    The country's statistical authority TurkStat is going to announce gross domestic product figures (GDP) for the first quarter of this year.

    A panel of 16 economists forecast an average of 6.4 percent enlargement annual in the first three months, averaging amid 5 percent and 7.2 percent.

    The economists estimated that Turkey's annual GDP in the current year would increase 5.5 percent on average -- the highest at percent, the lowest stood at 4.5 percent.
