    Export of Iran’s sponge iron increases 250 percent

    (MENAFN)Sponge iron production boosted by 15 percent in the first month of the present year, compared to the last year same period.

    Iran exported 70,000 tons of the stated products in the first month of 2021, based on the report information.

    Like the first month of the previous year there was no sponge iron import in the stated period of the current year, the ministry further declared.

    According to the Iranian Industry, Mining and Trade Ministry, the export of Iran’s sponge iron rose 250 percent in the first month of this Iranian year in, compared to the previous year same time span..
