    Turkish Central Bank to keep interest rates constant this week

    (MENAFN)According to an Anadolu Agency survey, the Turkish Central Bank is estimated to keep interest volumes constant in the current week.

    Next Thursday, the bank is going to hold its sixth Monetary Policy Committee assembly in 2021 to declare its decision concerning interest rates.

    The 18 economists that were surveyed by Anadolu Agency estimated that there is no change in interest rates.

    The bank kept its one-week repo volume constant at 19 percent in the recent two assemblies, following the increase by 200 basis points in April.
