    Turkey's agricultural income increases 20 percent in 2020

    (MENAFN)Official Agriculture and Forestry Ministry data showed that Turkey is the world's number one producer of hazelnuts, cherries, figs, apricots, quinces, and poppies.

    Anadolu Agency reported that Turkey took the biggest agricultural income in the EU for the recent ten years, and is amid the top countries in the world.

    Turkey's agricultural income increased 20 percent in 2020 on a yearly basis to stand at 333.3 billion Turkish liras (some USD47.5 billion).

    The average US dollar/Turkish lira exchange volume in 2020 reached 7.02.
