    Value of trade amid Iran, China stands at USD5.5 billion in 1st 5months of 2021

    (MENAFN)The rate of trade amid Iran and China amounted at USD5.5 billion in the January-May period of 2021, marking a 14-percent drop, in comparison to the previous year same time span.

    Tasnim news agency quoted data released by the Chinese customs administration as showing that the trade amid both countries reached to 6.4 billion in the January-May period of 2020.

    Iranian exports to China amounted at USD2.5 billion in the mentioned period, seven percent less than the number for the same time span in last year. Iran had exported USD2.7 billion of goods to China in the first five months of 2020.

    The customs data showed that crude oil accounted for the biggest share of Iranian exports to China in the previous year.
