    Turkish mining sector exports stand at USD2.81B in 1st 6 months of 2021

    (MENAFN)According to a sector group, Turkish mining sector exports stood at USD2.81 billion in the first half of 2021, increasing 52 percent annual.

    A press release from the Turkish Exporters Assembly's Mining Sector Council showed that exports of metallic mining groups and natural stones increased to more than USD1 million in the same period.

    In the first half period, the upward trend sustained as in the last months, stated Rustem Cetinkaya, the council's head.

    He also declared that with the improvement in unit prices, the Turkish mining sector is reaping high export revenues, even if the same tonnage is received.
