National Housing Company adds 147,000 housing units in capital Riyadh

(MENAFN) Saudi Press Agency quoted CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati as saying that the National Housing Company (NHC) plans to contribute 147,000 housing units in the capital Riyadh in the coming few years.

This is part of the company’s strategy to improve the residential real estate supply in Riyadh on an area of over 83 million square meters at prices opening from SR300,000 (USD79.987).

Riyadh plans to increase its population and turned into one of the 10 richest cities in the world under ambitious plans revealed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the Future Investment Initiative (FII) in January.

Al-Bati further declared that NHC plans to improve seven major residential suburbs with an area of over 53 million square meters and provide at least 134,000 housing units that convene Sakani Program beneficiaries' aspirations.
