    World FZO approves Chabahar port in Iran to become permanent member at organization

    (MENAFN)IRNA reported that the World Free Zones Organization (World FZO) confirmed Chabahar port in southeastern Iran to turn into a permanent member at this organization.

    The approval of Chabahar port was proclaimed by Samir Hamrouni, the CEO of the World FZO as a permanent member of his organization through a letter sent to the Managing Director of Chabahar Free Zone Abdolrahim Kordi, to the Chabahar Free Zone’s Office of Public Relations reported.

    Chabahar, as a permanent member with the right to vote, can actively and effectively participate in the decisions and events of the stated organization, according to mentioned decision.

    Hamrouni showed hope that the Chabahar Free Zone and the World Free Zones Organization is going to be able to have constructive collaboration with each other and with other free zones around the world.
