    Saudi requests for property ownership surpass expectations

    (MENAFN)According to Real Estate General Authority (REGA) Governor, Ihsan Bafakih, with about half a million requests being received on Ehkaam electronic platform until now, demands for property ownership in Saudi Arabia surpassed anticipations.

    Ehkaam is an electronic platform inaugurated by the Authority in December 2020, to get requests for ownership and change of properties.

    During an interview, Bafakih further declared that "There are areas that are very crowded with requests, such as Makkah, Al Madina and Asir."

    The official also stated that those demands are evaluated by several committees.
