Saudi Arabia’s plan to draw local head offices will enhance office sector

(MENAFN) Based on a new report, Saudi Arabia’s step to urge international firms to establish their local head offices in the country is going to assist the office sector in the Arab world’s biggest economy.

According to the report by the Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz), the move is predicted to stimulate "regional occupiers to review their office footprint across the Middle East and start planning for the long term”. "The KSA will undoubtedly benefit from the increased market share of office occupiers in the region."

The previous year, Saudi Arabia stated that it is going to stop giving agreements to any firm that has its local head offices outside the country from 2024.
