    Dubai real estate dealings hit USD82b in 2021

    (MENAFN) According to the Dubai Land Department, Dubai recorded 84,196 real estate dealings valued at Dh300 billion (USD82bn) the previous year, which is the highest yearly cost registered in UAE’s history.

    Based on a statement released by the DLD on Friday, the volume of real estate dealings in 2021 increased yearly by 66 per cent and their worth jumped by 72 per cent.

    Mo’asher, the emirate’s official sales price index published by the DLD in collaboration with property listings portal Property Finder that the UAE posted 5,601 real estate dealings valued at around Dh16bn (USD 4.35b) in last month.

    The real estate market in the Emirate, the second-largest Arab economy, has achieved a robust rebound from the pandemic-pushed slump as the nation’s economy recovers due to fiscal as well as monetary procedures.
