    Turkey’s Bursa Istanbul ends low on Wed.

    (MENAFN) Turkey’s benchmark share index closed Wednesday at 2,002.24 points, falling 0.65 percent from the last session.

    Starting Wednesday at 2,028.88 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index decreased 13.19 points in contrast to the previous day at 2,015.43 points.

    The index's last value on Wednesday amounted to 1,994.31 points, and its everyday high reached 2,032.68.

    The whole market value of the BIST 100 stood at 1.6 trillion Turkish liras (USD120 billion) by the end of the session, with a day-to-day exchange volume of more than 27.3 billion Turkish liras (USD2 billion).

    In the third business day of the week, 26 shares on the index jumped and 74 declined, in contrast to the previous day.
