    Qatar’s stock exchanges record high numbers in 1st week of Feb.

    (MENAFN) Qatari stock exchanges started February with massive numbers by recording strong profits in the opening week of the month. The QE Index has jumped almost 150 points during the previous week backed by purchasing help from individual as well as institutional stockholders.

    The index ended at 12,655 points on Thursday in comparison to 12,509 points on January 27, indicating a weekly increase of 146 points or 1.17 percent.

    One of the major significant parts of the week was that the index registered profits in four exchanging sessions from the five exchanging sessions. The index recorded 44.49 points, or 0.35 percent in Thursday’s exchange.
