Predictions for increasing demand on airlines financial gains in 2022

(MENAFN) According to the International Air Transport Association, demand on airline financial gains has reduced since the period from October till December of 2021 and is predicted to remain this way as passenger traffic rebounds and demand on freight enhances.

Based on an Iata survey of airline top financial officers and cargo business leaders demonstrate an enhancement in profits, demand, freight and employment in a sector crippled by the covid-induced economic slump. The survey was carried out between December of last year and January this year.

Around 83 per cent of the surveyed individuals reported increase in revenue or a drop in losses in comparison with the corresponding time span of a year before, generally didn’t change from the October survey (85 per cent).
