    Iran moves out essential commodities worth of USD19B from customs

    (MENAFN) According to the deputy head of Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), around 30 million tons of essential commodities valued at USD19 billion were moved out from the customs during the previous Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20).

    Foroud Asgari, the deputy head of IRICA for technical affairs, stated that the first report on the process of the head offices to ease customs regulations and avoid accumulating basic goods at the customs was released lately by command of the IRICA head.

    Based on the official, the mentioned head offices agreed on a new record in the clearance of essential commodities.

    The official mentioned after the importance set by the IRICA head on accelerating the clearance of essential commodities, the gatherings of the stated headquarters have been continuously organized joined by the IRICA deputies and directors.
