    Iran trades goods of USD380m value at IME

    (MENAFN) Throughout the last Iranian calendar week (ended on Friday), more than 1.557 million tons of goods valued at over USD381 million were exchanged at Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME).

    According to the IME’s Public Relations and International Affairs Department statement, the trade exchanged on its metals and minerals trading floor 1.244 million tons of goods worth around USD161 million.

    On this floor, the IME's traders obtained 985,404 tons of cement, 168,943 tons of steel, 58,000 tons of sponge iron, 30,000 tons of iron ore, 25 tons of zinc and 2,675 tons of aluminum.

    Moreover, the IME registered exchange 310,004 tons of goods on both regional and export pits of its oil and petrochemical trading floor worth over USD216 million
