    Iran’s vehicle output surpasses 867k in last Iranian calendar year

    (MENAFN) According to IRNA, three main Iranian vehicle manufacturers, mainly Iran Khodro Company (IKCO), SAIPA Group, as well as Pars Khodro, produced 867,363 cars in the last Iranian calendar year 1400 (ended on March 20).

    Based on the data disclosed by the Securities and Exchange Organization’s information portal called Codal, the output by the stated firms has dropped 3.7 percent in comparison to the prior year in which the production amounted at 900,794.

    Throughout last year, IKCO produced 451,121 cars, which was six percent lower than the production in the Iranian calendar year 1399.
