    Iran’s yearly oil industry profits reach USD43B

    (MENAFN) Based on Shana announcement on Tuesday, Iranian Oil Minister Javad Oji stated that the oil industry has given the nation more than USD43 billion of profits during the past Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20).

    Oji uttered those comments at a ceremony for inking a collaboration memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Oil Ministry and Tehran Municipality.

    According to the MOU, both parts will collaborate in suggesting advanced and knowledge-based resolutions for controlling and decreasing fuel consumption in the transportation field.

    Oji stated while speaking at the stated ceremony, that if the nation's fuel consumption is splitting the profits in this sector can be raised even to USD150 billion a year.
