    Trade between Iran-China record rise of 18 percent

    (MENAFN) Based on the data released by China’s customs administration, non-oil exchange worth between Iran and China hit USD3.85 billion during the first quarter of this year to record an 18-percent increase on an annual basis.

    According to Tasnim news agency, the exchange value between both nations in the first three months of last year amounted at USD3.25 billion.

    The data also stated, China's imports from Iran during January-March period of this year increased by 30 percent in comparison to the prior year and hit USD1.93 billion. China had imported commodities of USD1.48 billion value from Iran in the mentioned period of last year.

    China's exports to Iran in the first three months of the current year also jumped by eight percent to hit USD1.92 billion from USD1.77 billion during the last year’s corresponding time span.
