    More than 3.4M tons of steel outputs to be exported per year

    (MENAFN) The IMIDRO’s statistics put the nation’s yearly steel outputs export at 2.832 million tons in last year.

    The Iranian Steel manufacturing has been continually improving over the previous years beside all the burdens and struggles formed by external forces like the U.S. restrictions and the coronavirus epidemic that has heavily impacted the performance of the world’s top manufacturers.

    As reported by the World Steel Association (WSA)’s Iran’s crude steel production rose by 11.8 percent between January and February of this year, after the production by the world’s top 64 steelmakers reduced by 5.5 percent.

    Iran was placed at the top between the world’s top steel manufacturers in terms of production expansion, after that is India, Germany, Russia, in addition to the United States.
