    Turkish economy's whole gross revenue increases over 100 percent in March

    (MENAFN) On Friday, the country’s statistical authority stated in a report that the Turkish economy’s total gross revenue climbed 112.9 percent on a yearly basis two months ago.

    according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) this was motivated by important development in the manufacturing, construction, trade as well as services divisions.

    The highest yearly increase of 130.6 percent was posted in the services division, followed by industry reaching 126.4 percent.

    Gross revenue in the exchange and construction divisions increased by 102.3 percent as well as 83.2 percent, individually, in March.

    On a monthly basis, the seasonally and calendar-accustomed whole gross revenue index increased 8.4 percent in the month.

    A TurkStat announcement stated that “Industry increased by 6.9%, construction increased by 9.1%, trade increased by 8.6% and services increased by 10.9% on monthly basis in March 2022.”
