Iran currency falls to worst level against USD

(MENAFN) Iran’s currency Sunday fell to its worst level ever as discussions to recover the nation’s torn nuclear deal with world powers stayed unresolved.

Businessmen in Tehran traded the rial at 332,000 to the US dollar, up from 327,500 on Saturday, which indicated over 4.4 percent alteration against June 1 when it exchanged at 318,000 to the dollar.

Iran’s currency was exchanging at 32,000 rials to the dollar when Tehran’s 2015 nuclear arrangement with world powers.

The rial’s new low came as US restrictions on the nation are still active.
Iran’s economy is suffering tremendously mainly due to the US retreat from the 2015 nuclear deal among Iran and world powers that reactivated restrictions on Iran’s oil and banking areas.
