    Iran’s alumina powder output increases 11 percent in first 2 months of this year

    (MENAFN) Manufacture of alumina power in Iran increased 11 percent in the opening two months of the present Iranian calendar year (March 21-May 21), against the same two months in the last year, in line with the data released by Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).

    The IMIDRO’s information put the alumina powder production at 42,406 tons in the two-month span of time of this year, whereas the number was around 38,000 tons in the same two months the past year.

    According to the data earlier issued by IMIDRO, Iran has manufactured 230,682 tons of alumina powder in the last Iranian calendar year 1400 (ended on March 20).

    The IMIDRO’s information put the alumina powder production at 231,612 tons in year 1399.
