    Turkish economy's entire revenue increases 129 percent in April

    (MENAFN) On Monday, Turkey’s statistical authority mentioned in a report that the Turkish economy’s entire revenue climbed 128.8 percent on a yearly basis in April.

    This was motivated by major expansion in the industry, construction, trade and services areas, in line with the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat).

    The biggest yearly increase of 145.7 percent was registered in the services area, trailed by trade at 128.9 percent.

    Revenue in the industry and construction areas increased by 125.2 percent and 108.9 percent, individually.

    The entire revenue index also rose by 6 percent on a monthly basis.

    The report mentioned that "Industry increased by 4.1 percent, construction increased by 8.2 percent, trade increased by 7.1 percent and services increased by 6.5 percent on monthly basis in April 2022”
