    Iran finishes 85 percent of construction of its first biorefinery

    (MENAFN) Chief of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) Ali Nabavi declared that Iran’s initial biorefinery, which is the biggest such unit in the district, has been over with 85 percent of its physical progress and is in its final stages of building.

    IRNA stated on the words of Nabavi that situated in the western Kermanshah region, the biorefinery will produce bioethanol as its focal output product.

    In line with Nabavi, regardless of the restrictions and issues created by the U.S. restrictions, IDRO has achieved to positively implement the stated venture with the support of native engineers and specialists.

    The construction, installation, testing, as well as hiring of this important biorefinery are anticipated to be done with and finished in the present Iranian calendar year (ends on March 20, 2023).
