Qatar Chamber, Labour Ministry begin updated version for Re-Employment platform
(MENAFN) The Qatar Chamber (QC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour (MoL), has begun the developed version of the Labour Re-Employment Stage for Private area, which is an electronic platform that targets to help firms to hire employees from the domestic market.
Stating at a conference, QC General Manager Saleh bin Hamad Al Sharqi highlighted that the Chamber's attentiveness to begin this updated version of the platform in cooperation with the Ministry, showing that it targets to aid firms to hire skilled and experienced employees from the domestic market rather than employing from outside the state which waste less time and sustains the steadiness of ventures.
The platform contributes to restructuring the allocation of employment from some firms that have cut their businesses or that have dismissed employees to other new firms ready to employ new workers.
Saleh bin Hamad Al Sharqi stated that "The Chamber promotes the platform among business owners and local companies to encourage them to use it to obtain the needed employment."
