Aramco announces to increase significant production volume starting 2025

(MENAFN) The Saudi Arabian Oil Co., also known as Aramco, is going to increase significant production volume starting 3 years from now, to stand at 13 million barrels a day, as the world’s spare oil volume gets thinner, in line with its chief executive Amin Nasser.

In a press meeting after posting a peak surge in April-June revenue on Sunday, Nasser stated that the surge in production is going to be narrowed in 2024, but this is going to be followed by a massive production jumps starting from 2025.

Nasser replied to an Arab News request, “We are progressing very well in our increase of capacity from 12 to 13 million barrels per day. This is going to come gradually in 2024 which will be a limited increase. But in 2025, we should go to 12.3 bpd. In 2026, we should go to 12.7 before reaching 13 million barrels per day by 2027.”
