    Turkish economy's overall income surges 122.4 percent in July

    (MENAFN) The Turkish economy’s overall income climbed 122.4 percent on yearly basis two months ago (July), as shown by official data issued on Tuesday.

    The industry, construction, trade, as well as services area witnessed robust yearly expansion, according to what was said by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat).

    The services sector recorded the largest rise on a yearly basis of 142.7 percent, trailed by industry and trade at 122.3 percent as well as 119.7 percent, each in order.

    Turnover in the construction area saw a surge of 89.7 percent.

    On a month on month basis, the seasonally and calendar adjusted overall income index saw a decline of 1.5 percent two months ago (July).

    Apart from service, the turnover index for all areas worsened in the stated month in comparison with the prior month (June).

    A TurkStat announcement mentioned that “Services increased by 0.6 percent, industry decreased by 2.6 percent, construction decreased by 5.7 percent and trade decreased by 1.0 percent on a monthly basis in July.”
