Saudi Aramco signs deal with US-based Beyond Limits worth USD250M
(MENAFN) Saudi Aramco has inked a deal worth USD250 million with Beyond Limits, a California-based artificial intelligence technology firm, to construct a global AI corridor, the oil behemoth declared at an industry occasion in Riyadh last week.
The international AI corridor would produce an ecosystem in the nation by commercializing complex AI solutions, training Saudi talent and backing Saudi startups.
Amjad Abdullat, chief executive of Beyond Limits, informed Arab News throughout the event that the deal is going to support structure the venture with ties among the nation and the US.
“In California, we have the greatest number of Nobel Prize laureates, a lot of intellectual property in AI and the largest number of venture capitalists investing in the AI ecosystem. So, we want to bring all that to the Kingdom to help build a strong network of AI entrepreneurs and unicorns,” Abdullat stated to Arab News.
