    Iran, Uzbekistan reach first arrangement to surge oil output, petrochemicals exchange

    (MENAFN) Iran and Uzbekistan established a first arrangement for the surge in oil outputs as well as petrochemicals exchange among both nations.

    The deal was established throughout a gathering among Iran’s deputy oil minister and Uzbekistan’s deputy energy minister on the offshoots of Iran Plats International Exhibition in Tehran on Saturday.

    Iran and Uzbekistan had also inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on collaboration in several energy areas on the 18th of September.

    The MOU was inked by Iran’s Oil Minister Javad Oji and Uzbekistan’s Acting Energy Minister Azim Ahmed Khojayev on the offshoots of the 22nd Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting in Uzbekistan.
